🌿 Residence Collina del Lago Regulations

Dear Guests,

in order to ensure a pleasant stay and the well-being of everyone, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules during your stay.

• The apartments are for tourist use only.
• It is not permitted to accommodate unregistered guests without the management's authorisation.
• Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out must be by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.

• Silence must be observed in the common areas (garden, walkways, swimming pool, courtyards) during the following hours:
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
• Inside the apartments, please avoid loud noises, loud music and disturbing noises, especially during the above-mentioned hours.
• Parents must supervise their children to ensure they do not disturb the peace and quiet of others.

• The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of residence guests.
• Opening hours: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (unless otherwise communicated).
• It is mandatory to shower before entering the water.
• The following are prohibited:
  • diving, running around the pool or playing in a dangerous manner
  • bringing glass or sharp objects into the pool area
  • consuming food or drinks inside the pool area
• Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
• The management is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with these rules.

• Please respect the rules on separate waste collection. The appropriate bins are available in the designated area.
• It is not permitted to leave rubbish in the corridors, outside the apartments or in the common areas.

• It is forbidden to light fires, barbecues or grills in unauthorised areas.
• Turn off lights, air conditioners and electrical devices when leaving the apartment.
• Always lock doors and windows.
